운영자(아블(Abeul), 이하 "운영자")는 「개인정보 보호법」(대한민국) 및 적용 가능한 해외 개인정보 보호 법령(EU·영국 GDPR, 미국 캘리포니아 CCPA/CPRA 등)을 준수하며, 이용자의 개인정보를 다음과 같이 처리합니다. 해외 이용자를 위한 추가 권리는 제11조(해외 이용자의 권리)를 참고하세요.

1. 수집·처리하는 개인정보 항목

본 서비스는 별도의 회원가입·로그인 계정 기능을 제공하지 않으며, 꿈 일기는 기기 내부에 저장됩니다. 처리되는 정보는 다음과 같습니다.

※ 운영자는 통계·안정성 개선을 위해 Firebase Analytics(사용 분석)와 Firebase Crashlytics(충돌 보고)를 사용합니다. 꿈 내용·해몽 결과 등 일기 텍스트는 어떠한 분석·충돌보고·로그·알림 미리보기에도 기록되지 않습니다.

• 꿈 일기 등 기기 내 데이터는 이용자가 앱을 삭제하거나 데이터를 삭제하면 즉시 파기됩니다.
• Google Drive 백업 데이터는 이용자 본인의 Google 계정에 보관되며, 이용자가 직접 삭제할 수 있습니다.
• 해몽 요청 시 AI 제공자에게 전송된 텍스트의 보관·처리는 해당 제공자(Google)의 정책을 따르며, 운영자 서버에는 저장되지 않습니다.
• 법령상 보존 의무가 있는 정보는 해당 기간 동안 보관 후 파기합니다.

운영자는 이용자의 개인정보를 판매하지 않으며, 서비스 제공을 위해 아래 제3자에 일부 정보의 처리를 위탁하거나 제공할 수 있습니다.

6. 광고 및 광고 식별자, 맞춤 광고 거부

• 본 서비스는 Google AdMob을 통해 광고를 게재하며, 광고 식별자(Android 광고 ID / iOS IDFA)와 기기·이용 정보를 사용할 수 있습니다.
• EU·영국 등에서는 광고 목적 데이터 처리에 대해 UMP(사용자 메시징 플랫폼) 동의를 먼저 수집합니다. 동의를 철회하거나 광고 설정을 변경하려면 앱 내 개인정보 옵션(제공되는 경우) 또는 기기 설정을 이용할 수 있습니다.
• iOS에서는 앱 추적 투명성(ATT)에 따라 추적 동의를 거부할 수 있으며, 거부 시 맞춤 광고가 제한됩니다.
• 기기 설정에서 광고 ID 재설정/삭제 및 맞춤 광고 거부가 가능합니다(Android: 설정 → 개인정보 → 광고 / iOS: 설정 → 개인정보 보호 및 보안 → 추적·Apple 광고).

7. 개인정보의 국외 이전

꿈 내용은 기기 내부에 저장되며 운영자 서버로 이전되지 않습니다. 다만 다음의 경우 개인정보가 국외(미국 등)로 이전될 수 있으며, 운영자는 적정성 결정 또는 표준계약(SCC) 등 적법한 이전 근거를 갖춘 사업자(Google)를 이용합니다.

이용자는 개인정보의 국외 이전을 거부할 수 있습니다. 거부 방법: 해몽 기능과 Google Drive 백업을 사용하지 않으며, 기기 설정에서 광고 ID를 삭제·초기화하거나 맞춤 광고 동의를 철회할 수 있습니다. 거부 시 해당 기능 이용이 제한될 수 있습니다. 기타 요청은 아래 연락처(abeul_dv@naver.com)로 접수해 주세요.

• 외부 전송 구간은 HTTPS/TLS로 암호화됩니다.
• 꿈 일기는 운영체제의 앱 샌드박스 및 기기 암호화에 의해 보호됩니다.
• 운영자는 꿈 내용·해몽 결과를 로그·분석·알림 미리보기 등에 기록하지 않습니다.

9. 정보주체(이용자)의 권리

• 이용자는 자신의 정보에 대한 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지·동의철회를 요구할 수 있습니다.
• 꿈 일기는 앱 내에서 직접 개별 삭제하거나, 앱/데이터 삭제로 전체 삭제할 수 있습니다.
• 기타 요청은 아래 연락처로 접수할 수 있으며, 운영자는 관련 법령이 정한 기간 내에 대응합니다.

10. 만 14세 미만 아동(및 해외 아동)

본 서비스는 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 만 14세 미만의 이용을 제한합니다. 미국에서는 만 13세 미만(COPPA), EU에서는 회원국에 따라 13~16세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다. 아동의 정보가 수집된 사실을 알게 된 경우 지체 없이 삭제합니다.

11. 해외 이용자의 권리 (GDPR / CCPA 등)

가. 유럽경제지역(EEA)·영국·스위스 이용자

이용자는 GDPR/UK GDPR에 따라 다음 권리를 가집니다: 열람권, 정정권, 삭제권(잊힐 권리), 처리제한권, 데이터 이동권, 처리 반대권, 동의 철회권, 그리고 전적으로 자동화된 의사결정의 대상이 되지 않을 권리. 처리의 컨트롤러는 운영자(아블, abeul_dv@naver.com)이며, 이용자는 거주 국가의 감독기관(개인정보 보호당국)에 민원을 제기할 권리가 있습니다.

나. 미국 캘리포니아(CCPA/CPRA) 이용자

• 운영자는 개인정보를 금전적 대가를 받고 "판매"하지 않습니다. 다만 이용자가 맞춤 광고에 동의한 경우, 교차 맥락 행동 광고를 위한 광고 식별자의 이용이 캘리포니아 법상 "공유(sharing)" 또는 "판매(sale)"로 간주될 수 있습니다.
• 캘리포니아 이용자는 알 권리, 삭제권, 정정권, 판매·공유 거부권(Do Not Sell or Share), 민감정보 이용 제한권, 권리 행사에 따른 차별을 받지 않을 권리를 가집니다.
• "판매·공유"를 거부하려면 앱 내 개인정보 옵션(UMP) 또는 기기의 맞춤 광고 거부 설정을 이용하거나, 아래 연락처로 요청할 수 있습니다.

기타 국가(일본 APPI, 캐나다 PIPEDA, 브라질 LGPD 등) 이용자도 해당 법령에 따른 권리를 운영자 연락처를 통해 행사할 수 있습니다.

Kkumi Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms govern the use of "Kkumi" (the "Service"), a dream-journaling and AI dream-interpretation service provided by Abeul (the "Operator"), and set out the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Operator and users.

2. Nature of the Service

• The Service lets you record your dreams and optionally receive an AI-generated interpretation, for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only.
• AI interpretations are automatically generated by a large language model (LLM), are not guaranteed to be accurate, and are not medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice (see Section 8).
• Dream entries are private by default and visible only to you; the Service currently offers no public sharing feature.

3. Eligibility and Age

• The Service is intended for users aged 14 or older. Use by children under 14 is restricted.
• The minimum age for consenting to data processing may differ by region (e.g., 13–16 in the EU, 13 in the U.S.). By using the Service you confirm you meet the minimum age required by the laws of your place of residence.
• If a user accesses the Service by falsely confirming they meet the age requirement, responsibility for such use rests with that user (or, if under 14, their legal guardian). If we learn that a user is under 14, we may restrict or terminate their use and delete the related personal data without delay.

4. Use of the Service and Data Storage

• Dream entries are stored locally on your device by default (local-first storage).
• You may optionally back up and restore your data to your own Google Drive; in that case the data is stored in your personal Google account storage.
• The Operator is not responsible for data loss caused by device change, app deletion, or storage failure; you are encouraged to back up regularly.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Abnormal access to the Service/servers; crawling, scraping, or using automated bots.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or unauthorized API calls.
• Circumventing or tampering with the ad-gated interpretation condition or usage limits.
• Entering illegal, obscene, or violent content, or content that infringes others' rights.
• Disrupting the Service through excessive requests or similar means.

6. Intellectual Property

• Intellectual property in the app, UI, code, and brand belongs to the Operator.
• You retain rights to the dream content you write; the Operator uses it only to the extent necessary to provide the Service (storage, display, interpretation).

7. Advertising and Paid Features

• The Service may include banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads served by third parties (e.g., Google AdMob). The Operator does not endorse ad content.
• AI interpretation may be unlocked by watching a rewarded ad or under similar conditions.
• One-time purchases (premium: ad removal + theme) are processed through the respective app store (Google Play / App Store); refunds follow the store's policy.

• The Operator may restrict use of the Service if you breach these Terms.
• You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting the app and your data.

The Operator may amend these Terms within the limits of applicable law and will announce the effective date and changes in-app or on this page.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Where the mandatory laws (e.g., consumer-protection laws) of your country of residence provide stronger protection, those provisions may prevail. Disputes are subject to the competent court determined under applicable law as the court of first instance.

Abeul (the "Operator") complies with applicable data-protection laws, including Korea's PIPA, the EU/UK GDPR, and the California CCPA/CPRA, and processes your personal data as described below. Region-specific rights are set out in Section 11 (Your Regional Rights).

• On-device data is deleted immediately when you delete the entry, clear app data, or uninstall.
• Google Drive backups stay in your own Google account and can be deleted by you.

• Data subject to a legal retention obligation is kept for the required period, then deleted.

6. Ads, Advertising Identifiers, and Opt-Out

• We serve ads via Google AdMob, which may use advertising identifiers (Android Ad ID / iOS IDFA) and device/usage data.
• In the EU/UK and similar regions, we collect UMP consent before ad-related processing. You can withdraw consent or change settings via the in-app privacy options (where available) or your device settings.
• On iOS, you may decline App Tracking Transparency (ATT); declining limits personalized ads.
• You can reset/delete the advertising ID and opt out of personalized ads in device settings (Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads / iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking · Apple Advertising).

7. International Data Transfers

Dream content stays on your device and is not transferred to our servers. However, some data may be transferred internationally (e.g., to the U.S.). We rely on providers (Google) that maintain a lawful transfer mechanism such as an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

You may refuse international transfer by not using the interpretation feature or Google Drive backup, and by deleting/resetting your advertising ID or withdrawing ad consent in device settings. Refusing may limit those features. For other requests, contact abeul_dv@naver.com.

• Data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS.
• Dream entries are protected by OS app sandboxing and device encryption.
• We never write dream content or interpretations to logs, analytics, or notification previews.

9. Your Rights

• You may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, or withdraw consent regarding your data.
• You can delete dream entries individually in-app, or delete everything by clearing app data or uninstalling.
• For other requests, contact us below; we respond within the time required by applicable law.

10. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 14, and use by children under 14 is restricted. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 (U.S. COPPA) or under the applicable age of consent in the EU (13–16 depending on the member state). If we learn we have collected such data, we delete it promptly.

11. Your Regional Rights (GDPR / CCPA, etc.)

a. EEA, UK, and Switzerland

Under the GDPR/UK GDPR you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure ("right to be forgotten"), restriction, data portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, and the right not to be subject to solely automated decision-making. The controller is the Operator (Abeul, abeul_dv@naver.com). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

b. California (CCPA/CPRA)

• We do not "sell" personal information for money. However, if you consent to personalized ads, the use of advertising identifiers for cross-context behavioral advertising may be treated as "sharing" or a "sale" under California law.
• California residents have the rights to know, delete, correct, opt out of sale/sharing (Do Not Sell or Share), limit use of sensitive personal information, and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
• To opt out of "sale/sharing," use the in-app privacy options (UMP) or your device's personalized-ads opt-out, or contact us below.

Users in other jurisdictions (e.g., Japan APPI, Canada PIPEDA, Brazil LGPD) may exercise their rights under applicable law via our contact below.

第1条（目的）

本規約は、アブル（Abeul、以下「運営者」）が提供する夢日記およびAI夢占いサービス「クミ」（以下 「本サービス」）の利用に関し、運営者と利用者との権利・義務および責任事項その他必要な事項を 定めることを目的とします。

第2条（サービスの定義および性質）

• 「本サービス」は、利用者が自身の夢を記録し、任意でAIが生成した夢占い（夢の解釈）を 受け取ることができる、娯楽および自己省察を目的としたサービスです。
• AI夢占いは人工知能（LLM）が自動生成するコンテンツであり、正確性は保証されず、 医学・心理・財務・法律上の助言ではありません（第8条参照）。
• 夢日記は原則として利用者本人のみが閲覧する非公開の記録であり、現在、公開・共有 機能は提供していません。

第3条（利用資格および年齢）

• 本サービスは満14歳以上の方のみ利用できます。満14歳未満の児童による利用は 制限されます。
• 一部の国・地域では個人情報の処理に同意できる最低年齢が異なる場合があり（例：欧州 13～16歳、米国13歳など）、利用者は居住地域の法令上要求される年齢以上であることを確認した ものとみなされます（第8条・プライバシーポリシー参照）。
• 利用者は、利用にあたり上記の年齢要件を満たすことを確認したものとみなされます。
• 利用者が年齢要件を虚偽に確認して本サービスを利用したことにより生じる責任は、 当該利用者（満14歳未満の場合はその法定代理人）が負います。運営者は、利用者が満14歳未満で あることを知った場合、当該利用を制限・終了し、関連する個人情報を遅滞なく破棄することが できます。

第4条（サービスの利用およびデータの保存）

• 夢日記は原則として利用者の端末内に保存されます（ローカル優先保存）。
• 利用者は任意で自身のGoogle Driveにデータをバックアップ・復元でき、その際データは 利用者本人のGoogleアカウントの保存領域に保管されます。
• 端末の変更、アプリの削除、ストレージの破損等によるデータ損失について運営者は責任を 負いませんので、利用者は定期的なバックアップを推奨します。

第5条（禁止行為）

利用者は、次の行為を行ってはなりません。

• 本サービス／サーバーへの不正アクセス、クローリング・スクレイピング・自動化ボットの使用
• リバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、無断のAPI呼び出し
• 広告視聴に基づく夢占い提供条件または利用回数制限を回避・改ざんしようとする行為
• 違法・わいせつ・暴力的、または他者の権利を侵害する内容の入力
• 過度なリクエスト等によりサービス運営を妨害する行為

第6条（知的財産権）

• アプリ・UI・コード・ブランド等、本サービスに関する知的財産権は運営者に帰属します。
• 利用者が作成した夢の内容に関する権利は利用者に帰属し、運営者はサービス提供（保存・表示・ 夢占い生成）に必要な範囲でのみこれを利用します。

第7条（広告および有料サービス）

• 本サービスはバナー・全面・リワード広告を含むことがあり、広告は第三者（例：Google AdMob）が 配信します。運営者は広告の内容を保証しません。
• AI夢占いは、リワード広告の視聴等の別途の条件を通じて提供される場合があります。
• 一回限りの課金（プレミアム：広告の削除＋テーマ）は各アプリマーケット（Google Play / App Store）を通じて行われ、返金等は当該マーケットのポリシーに従います。

• 利用者が本規約に違反した場合、運営者はサービスの利用を制限することができます。
• 利用者はいつでもアプリの削除およびデータの削除により利用を中止できます。

運営者は関連法令に違反しない範囲で規約を変更でき、変更時はアプリ内のお知らせまたは本ページを 通じて施行日および変更内容を告知します。

第11条（準拠法および紛争解決）

本規約は大韓民国法を準拠法とします。ただし、利用者が居住する国の強行法規（消費者保護法等）が 利用者により有利な保護を提供する場合は、当該規定が優先して適用されることがあります。紛争が 生じた場合は、関連法令に基づく管轄裁判所を第一審の管轄裁判所とします。

1. 収集・処理する個人情報の項目

本サービスは会員登録・ログインのアカウント機能を提供しておらず、夢日記は端末内に 保存されます。処理される情報は次のとおりです。

運営者は利用者の個人情報を販売せず、サービス提供のため以下の第三者に一部情報の処理を 委託または提供することがあります。

6. 広告および広告識別子、パーソナライズ広告の拒否

• 本サービスはGoogle AdMobを通じて広告を配信し、広告識別子（Android広告ID / iOS IDFA）と 端末・利用情報を使用することがあります。
• EU・英国等では広告目的のデータ処理についてUMP（ユーザーメッセージングプラット フォーム）同意を先に取得します。同意を撤回または広告設定を変更するには、アプリ内の プライバシーオプション（提供される場合）または端末の設定を利用できます。
• iOSではアプリのトラッキング透明性（ATT）により追跡の同意を拒否でき、拒否時は パーソナライズ広告が制限されます。
• 端末の設定で広告IDのリセット／削除およびパーソナライズ広告の拒否が 可能です（Android：設定 → プライバシー → 広告 / iOS：設定 → プライバシーとセキュリティ → トラッキング・Apple広告）。

7. 個人情報の国外移転

夢の内容は端末内に保存され、運営者サーバーへ移転されることはありません。ただし次の場合、 個人情報が国外（米国等）へ移転されることがあり、運営者は十分性認定または標準契約条項（SCC）等の 適法な移転根拠を備えた事業者（Google）を利用します。

利用者は個人情報の国外移転を拒否できます。拒否の方法：夢占い機能と Google Driveバックアップを使用せず、端末の設定で広告IDを削除・初期化するか、パーソナライズ 広告の同意を撤回できます。拒否した場合、当該機能の利用が制限されることがあります。その他の ご請求は下記の連絡先（abeul_dv@naver.com）までお寄せください。

8. 安全性確保の措置

• 外部送信区間はHTTPS/TLSで暗号化されます。
• 夢日記はOSのアプリサンドボックスおよび端末の暗号化により保護されます。
• 運営者は夢の内容・夢占い結果をログ・分析・通知プレビュー等に記録しません。

9. 情報主体（利用者）の権利

• 利用者は自身の情報について、開示・訂正・削除・処理停止・同意撤回を請求できます。
• 夢日記はアプリ内で個別に削除するか、アプリ／データの削除により全体を削除できます。
• その他のご請求は下記の連絡先で受け付け、運営者は関連法令の定める期間内に対応します。

10. 満14歳未満の児童（および海外の児童）

本サービスは満14歳未満の児童を対象とせず、満14歳未満の利用を制限します。米国では満13歳未満 （COPPA）、EUでは加盟国により13～16歳未満の児童の個人情報を意図的に収集しません。児童の情報が 収集された事実を知った場合、遅滞なく削除します。

11. 海外利用者の権利（GDPR / CCPA 等）

ア．欧州経済領域（EEA）・英国・スイスの利用者

利用者はGDPR/UK GDPRに基づき次の権利を有します：アクセス権、訂正権、削除権（忘れられる 権利）、処理制限権、データポータビリティ権、処理への異議申立権、同意撤回権、および専ら 自動化された意思決定の対象とならない権利。処理の管理者（コントローラー）は運営者 （アブル、abeul_dv@naver.com）であり、利用者は居住国の監督機関（個人情報保護当局）に苦情を 申し立てる権利があります。

イ．米国カリフォルニア（CCPA/CPRA）の利用者

• 運営者は個人情報を金銭的対価を得て「販売」しません。ただし利用者がパーソナライズ広告に 同意した場合、クロスコンテキスト行動広告のための広告識別子の利用が、カリフォルニア法上 「共有（sharing）」または「販売（sale）」とみなされることがあります。
• カリフォルニアの利用者は、知る権利、削除権、訂正権、販売・共有の拒否権（Do Not Sell or Share）、機微情報の利用制限権、権利行使に伴う差別を受けない権利を有します。
• 「販売・共有」を拒否するには、アプリ内のプライバシーオプション（UMP）または端末の パーソナライズ広告拒否設定を利用するか、下記の連絡先へご請求ください。

その他の国（日本APPI、カナダPIPEDA、ブラジルLGPD等）の利用者も、 当該法令に基づく権利を運営者の連絡先を通じて行使できます。
